Rick Agett has been in the construction industry for more than 45 years, 38 of which have been in Eagle County and other mountain resort areas such as Aspen, Lake Tahoe and Big Sky, Montana.  For a large portion of Rick’s career, he was a partner in an Eagle County based construction company that constructed single family and multi-family projects in many different resort communities. The combination of each role has given Rick a unique approach to project oversight.  His time on both the contractor’s side and the owner’s sides of the table have given him a thorough understanding of the construction project process and a beneficial perspective on what is necessary to effectively represent clients.

Shelly Mello has been involved in the construction industry for more than 28 years.  Her early years of professional work were in the planning and urban design field including 4 years as a city planner for the Town of Vail.  Shelly has managed multi-unit projects as well as a special projects group.  She has served as an associate in a development company.  From 2009-2018 she owned a small construction.

Her experience spanning the design, logistics, development and construction elements of a project provide her with basis to problem solve issues that achieve outcomes that maintain the project intent.  As a representative of the owner, she assumes that her role is to identify the distinctive interests of each owner and make sure that these interests are maintained through all phases of a project.
